Abstract

One of the most important traditions of the Mexican nation, which have given it respectability in the international arena, is the continuity and consistency of its international action. The principles that regulate it are the product of its history, as well as the thought and action of men like Ignacio L. Vallarta, who distinguished themselves by their clear vision of the international scene and the position of Mexico.
