Abstract

It was published in theDiario Oficial de la Federación on November 13, 1998.

At the beginning of 1998, upon assuming the title of the SRE, Ambassador Rosario Green carried out a restructuring of the internal organization of the Mexican Ministry of Foreign Affairs so that it could better respond to the challenges—increasingly numerous and complex—that it faces foreign policy at the end of the century. The new Internal Regulations of the SRE account for this restructuring.
