History of the Afro-descendants in Mexico: Looking for Diverse Emancipatory Horizons

Abstract
During more than 500 years the afro-descendants populations in México have struggled against a colonial structure of political domination which racialized the negro populations and subalternized them as racially and biologically inferior. The afro-descendants population in Mexico have fought against these colonial structures of knowledge and power until being considered as a fundamental part of the pluricultural mexican nation in 2019. ¿Is the capitalism apable of hiding its inherent racism under the facade of a pluricultural neoliberalism?
