Abstract

In this article, I propose to outline in general terms the processes of construction of citizenship of women in Mexico and South Africa through legal instruments, organizational structures and public policy programs (especially from the last decades of the last century) that mark the dynamics of the struggles for a more inclusive and equitable citizenship.
