Towards a Strengthened Presence of Mexico in Africa through Multilateralism

This text argues that, in spite of facing multiple challenges, the African Union (AU) shows the validity of multilateralism, which can be used by Mexico to achieve its constitutionally mandated foreign policy objectives related to international cooperation for development, human rights, and the search for international peace and security.
