Abstract
In the current international legal system, very clear currents can be perceived in some of its sectors; in others, they are dormant, ready to appear at any moment; instead, there are some that seem frozen, waiting for a promising summer. All of them are intertwined in a tapestry of whimsical design. Consequently, I limit myself to only the most notable aspects of this legal order and examine it through the prism of the aspirations and interests of medium-sized countries such as Mexico.
