SARS-CoV-2 as a Trigger of Technological Transformation

The article discuses the way in which the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic has accelerated the technological transformation, both in delaing with the disease as well as in terms of the economic, educational, political, and working environments in the countries. Yet no all countries have been able to adapting in the same way and they run the risk of leaving millions of peoples already behind the “technological promise”, marginalized.
