Russia-Mexican Relations: Traditions, Present and Prospects

This article addresses the evolution and current state of relations between Russia and Mexico. The author assesses the bilateral links, stressing Russia’s respect towards Mexico’s independent positions and their coincidences regarding the promotion of International Law, defense of national sovereignty, support to multilateralism and contribution to the stability of the international system. He explains how this understanding has translated into constantlydeveloping political, economic, cultural and tech-scientific ties.
