The Carranza Doctrine on the Threshold of a New International Society

In the new international society in gestation, more plural, dynamic and competitive, a more promising future for Mexico in all spheres can only be based on the effective, multilateral and reciprocal validity of the Carranza Doctrine, which proclaims the main principles of Mexico's policy foreign affairs, which should be those of international relations in general.
