Abstract

This essay describes the diplomatic strategy at the regional level and in the main international forums to strengthen and extend international agreements on arms; increase legal-criminal and intelligence fields, at both the regional and bilateral levels, and add the support of civil society, academia and other relevant actors. The goal is to achieve a regulated and responsible arms trade.
