Summit of the Group of Three, the Heads of Government of the Caribbean Community and Suriname

Abstract

The heads of government of the member states of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM), made up of Antigua and Barbuda, The Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Dominica, Grenada, Guyana, Jamaica, Montserrat, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent , The Grenadines and Trinidad and Tobago, the presidents of the countries of the Group of Threes, made up of Colombia, Mexico and Venezuela, and the vice president of Suriname, meeting in Port of Spain, Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, on the 12th and 13th of October 1993, have agreed on the Action Plan for Cooperation between the Caribbean Community, Suriname and the Group of Three.
