Evolution of Diplomatic and Consular Relations between Mexico and Finland 1903-1992

Abstract
Mexico shares with Finland its concern for the search for disarmament and the peaceful settlement of disputes, as well as for other issues that are historical principles of our foreign policy. The special geopolitical situation of both countries has led to a broad coincidence in their positions within international forums.
