Main Article Content
Abstract
The globalization of the economy in production and in the markets occurs with its own characteristics and with implications of a tripolar world of economic war whose results will be seen in the future. Economic globalization and openness do not occur between all countries but between regional blocs headed by a leader. The prospect of success of the countries and blocs will depend on the effectiveness and the strategy they follow regarding the roles played by the State and the market in the economy, investment and technological incorporation and their prioritization with respect to consumption. As well as the opening scheme itself within the blocks and the negotiations between the different blocks. The evolution and prospects of this economic tripolarity are difficult to predict because they occur in a context of crisis of real historical models and economic paradigms.
