Declaration of Tuxtla Gutierrez

The presidents of Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala,
Honduras, Nicaragua and the President of Mexico, meeting
in the city of Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas, on the 10th and 11th
of January 1991, bearing in mind the historical
bonds of brotherhood and the identity of aspirations of
its peoples and governments have agreed to the Declaration of Tuxtla Gutiérrez.
