Foreword

The objective of this issue of the RMPE is to bring, in addition to the traditional readers of publications specialized in foreign policy, diverse audiences that can become aware of the closeness in values and reflections that Mexico shares with the "others", who are not so far as you think. Incorporating Africa into the imaginary of Mexican society is the purpose. Let's make Africa a space of the present for Mexico that can be approached with some of the tools and knowledge offered in this volume.
