Modernization of the Political Dialogue and Cooperation Chapters of the Mexico-EU Global Agreement

This article presents the modernization process of the political dialogue and cooperation issues of the Mexico-European Union Global Agreement. It explains the reasons that motivates the parties to undergo the upgrading of their bilateral legal framework, it details the negotiations process of political and cooperation aspects of the new agreement, and concludes by presenting the expected benefits of the modernization process.
