Mexican Development Cooperation: The Soft Power in Foreign Policy

This paper argues that Mexican development cooperation must take a comprehensive approach in order to effectively bring together Mexico’s soft power and its foreign policy. The paper particularly underlines the implementation of economic and cultural cooperation as part of the inner workings of both bilateral and triangular development projects abroad.
