Multilateral Foreign Policy, Human Rights and Groups in Vulnerable Situations

The article provides examples as to how Mexican foreign policy has consistently contributed to the progressive development of international human rights standards, with particular emphasis on vulnerable groups. This, in turn, has had an impact in the national agenda and in the attention to the corresponding obligations.
