International Treaties and Executive Agreements, Law and Practice in Mexico and the United States

This essay is a brief comparative analysis of the practice between Mexico and the United States, regarding the conclusion of international treaties and executive agreements (including interinstitutional agreements for Mexico’s case), based on what is established in the legislation of each country, and the powers conferred to its organs of State, as well, as its limitations and areas of competence.
