Implementation of United Nations Selective Sanctions in Mexico

Abstract
In this essay the authors analyzed the possible legal avenues to implement UNSC selective sanctions which call upon immediate actions that affect individuals property and rights while complying with Mexican Constitutional due process rights. Through a comparative law analysis, a proposal it is made for Mexico to adopt general regulations to attend the following essential points: a) the incorporation of UNSC resolutions as conventional obligations in its legal system; b) the cooperation of governmental agencies in the implementation of UN resolutions, and c) the establishment of the legal procedures that should be follow to comply with UNSC resolutions. Proposed legislation it is attached to illustrate the before mentioned essential points.
