Mexico, an Actor with Global Responsibility: A Player in New Game Boards

Given the changes in the international system and its own transformations, Mexico has had the need to adjust its foreign policy and explore new game boards to maximize the benefits of its complete and open integration to the world. The resulting strategy is a mix between the search for new partners, the deepening of the existing partnerships, an active participation in formal and informal institutions and the goal of becoming an actor with global responsibility.
