Abstract
This article assesses to what extent the g20 Mexican Presidency was successful in performing the main functions of agenda setting, brokerage and representation. It outlines g20 evolution, Mexico’s participation in this forum, the preparatory process of the Los Cabos Summit in 2012 and the negotiation of the Leaders’ declaration.
