Personal inviolability, diplomatic immunity, and civil aviation security

This article draws readers’ attention to concepts in international law. Amid changes in civil aviation security brought about by terrorism, this article stresses the need for States and their diplomatic agents to contribute to the adoption of new attitudes and a new vision regarding diplomatic immunities
and privileges.
