The New Face of Mexican International Cooperation

The rearrangements of the international economy and the sustained growth of emerging economies in recent years, including Mexico, have made the map of international cooperation for development more complex, in which high-income countries are increasingly participating. , medium and low, companies, foundations, civil society, parliaments, local governments and academia. The objective of this issue of the Revista Mexicana de Política Exterior is to publicize the main institutional changes, the vision, the strategy and the perspectives of this area of Mexico's foreign relations, whose relevance, both in the bilateral sphere and in the multilateral will grow, as expected, in the coming years.
