Abstract
Eminent Ambassador Miguel Marín Bosch recounts his experience as head of the Mexican delegation at the Fourth Review Conference of the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons in 1990, in which Mexico's participation was decisive in promoting what would later lead to in 1996, to the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty (CTBT). Interview conducted by Miguel Ángel Guerrero Lechón; took place in Mexico City, by telephone, on July 16, 2007.
