Cooperation and Cultural Diplomacy: Experiences and Journeys

In this interview, conducted in 2006 and updated for this issue, Ambassador Lozoya reflects, with enormous generosity and talent, on Mexico's cultural diplomacy, his preference for international cooperation, and especially recalls the central role he played in what has perhaps been the most ambitious event of Mexican cultural diplomacy abroad: Mexico: Splendors of Thirty Centuries. This exhibition had a central impact in the United States, which undoubtedly helped position a portentous and ancestral cultural image of our country.
