Abstract
As conclusions of the papers presented at the XV Meeting of Ambassadors and Consuls of Mexico, the words pronounced during the closing session by President Vicente Fox Quesada are reproduced, who on that occasion stated: "Our foreign policy is an integral part of the effort in favor of development that translates into benefits for each and every one of the Mexicans”.
