Dispute Resolution between Parties in the Pacific Alliance
Main Article Content
Abstract
The Pacific Alliance represents an important effort to expand and diversify international markets for Mexico. Great hopes are placed on the success of the Alliance as a model of regional integration, a way to guarantee national economic policy models as well. In terms of dispute resolution, the included mechanism is similar to the one established in NAFTA and in the rest of the international trade agreements signed by Mexico, although with the improvements derived from the experience and the negotiation of the TPP, now CPTPP.
