Abstract
The presidents of Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua and Panama on the one hand, and the presidents of the countries of the Group of Three, made up of Colombia, Mexico and Venezuela, on the other, meeting in the city of Caracas on February 12, 1993. They have agreed on this Cooperation Scheme between the Group of Three and Central America, in accordance with the programs that are established in the different areas that are adopted.
