State visit of the President of Mexico to the Republic of Nicaragua: Joint statement and Documents signed between the United Mexican States and the Republic of Nicaragua

In response to the kind invitation made by the President of the Republic of Nicaragua, Violeta Barrios de Chamorro, the President of the United Mexican States, Carlos Salinas de Gortari, made a state visit to Nicaragua on February 12 and 13, 1993. During In their talks, the leaders conducted a comprehensive review of bilateral relations and the situation in the Central American and international region, at the end of which they agreed to sign the following joint statement.
