Abstract

This article contributes to the debate on how government and civil society relate to each other in Mexico. Miguel Díaz does this by looking at the relationship between foreign policy and civil society, government strategies planned and carried out by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mexico (sre) to promote citizen diplomacy in Mexico and the challenges faced by civil society and government to generate better conditions for the participation of civil society organizations on international political platforms.
